OBESITY is a chronic disease it is widely spreading because of imbalanced lifestyle, stress, lack of exercise etc. 50% of the world population is obese, and it is on a rise. Not only men and women, but nowadays Kids also fall under the category of OBESITY. 
OBESE kids has a very dangerous future if not controlled timely. 

Obesity means you have too much body fat. It's usually based on your body mass index (BMI), which you can check using a BMI calculator. BMI compares your weight to your height. If your BMI is 25 to 29.9, you're overweight but not obese.

WHAT CAUSES OBESITY? 

Obesity is generally caused by eating too much and moving too little. If you consume high amounts of energy, particularly fat and sugars, but do not burn off the energy through exercise and physical activity, much of the surplus energy will be stored by the body as fat.
In very rare cases, its genetics, OR side effects of medication such as 'steroids.'

But despite all this, OBESITY can be controlled in every situation, even pregnancy.

Fats tissues also know as Adipose Tissue can grow as big as 50 times their size. And even if there is more fat to store then the body makes more FAT tissues to store them. 
SO THERE IS NO LIMIT TO GROWING FAT.

  • PREMATURE DEATH FROM ANY CAUSE

FACT: Each 1 kg of weight loss can reduce a load of up to 2 kgs on the knee joints, less pressure means less wear and tear of the knee. 
It is no more an age-related problem. It is directly related to your body weight. Youth's are also experiencing knee pains.



It is very important to control obesity. And other than losing weight there is no other way to resolve it apart from choosing the right quantity and quality of food. A balanced nutritional diet is important for healthy & sustainable weight loss. Also, it's not an overnight process, right knowledge and patience deliver amazing results.
