Beer belly, keg, spare tire, love handles, "big-boned," bowl full of jelly -- there are so many endearing terms for the extra blubber packed around your midsection, it's tough to choose a favorite. While the most popular, "beer belly," is a catchy, alliterative term, storing fat in your stomach area is a little bit more complicated than drinking too much beer. Though that doesn't help, obviously.

Its a lifestyle disorder that often hits men and women of any age group. It is not a hereditary transmission, but a lifestyle problem. It's affected by genetics, age, stress, hormones, health conditions, medications and many more factors like surplus calorie intake, unbalanced food habits, lack of protein in the diet, etc.
Most of the men, fall under this category.
They look fine top to bottom, but the middle isn’t that good.
Belly fat is the most dangerous and risky fat in our body. It contains more of Visceral Fat which lies deep inside the abdomen, surrounding your internal organs.
Regardless of your overall weight, having a large amount of Belly Fat increases your risk to
CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

  • DIABETES
  • COLORECTAL CANCER
  • PREMATURE DEATH
  • HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
  • FATTY LIVER
  • OLIGOSPERMIA / AZOOSPERMIA ( low to no sperm count)

We see people doing the “N” number of abs exercise and CRUNCHES to reduce their belly fat, dreaming of getting a flat tummy or '6' pack abs. But it doesn’t work much for them, hence disappointing.
Remember spot reduction is misleading. If you want to reduce your tummy fats, you have to reduce your overall body fat.

Making a small number of changes in your lifestyle and following a Balanced Nutritional Diet with some physical activity will improve your overall health and HELP You shrink your Middle.
