We often hear people saying, “ HAVE ONE BITE, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN IF YOU HAVE ONE BITE” or     “EK BITE KHANE SE KUCH NAHI HOGA.”
Or when you see your favorite food, this often comes in your mind 
“ EK BITE KHA LETI HUN”  Isn't IT really true?

 “NOTHING WILL HAPPEN IN A SINGLE BITE” let us give a thought to it.
REMEMBER WHEN YOU FOLLOWING A STRUCTURED DIET PATTERN, COUNTING YOUR CALORIES AND EATING. MEASURING ALL THE CARBS, PROTEINS & FATS BEFORE EATING. 
This one bite will really affect your progress a lot. It will push your targets further, as we don’t know how many calories are there in that ONE BITE. 
While following a quantified nutritional plan, your body gets adapted to it. It's getting adaptive to healthy eating habits. Your brain is able to make choices what is good for you & what is not? The cravings for unhealthy / junk food minimizes. So when you have that one bite of pizza or samosa or even ice cream, the cells become active again & it starts cravings for the food we have been avoiding in our journey of weight loss, which results in cheating. 
So remember  “IT WILL MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IF YOU CHOOSE TO AVOID THAT ONE BITE OF THE FOOD”  You will be in a WIN-WIN situation. 

When someone is forcing you to have one bite, You should communicate with them. With your friends and family about your goals and let them know Why you are doing this? Why it is so important for you? How it will make a difference in your life, and make them the part of your journey. Give them credit and appreciate them for the support. With this, they will surely help you and encourage you. 
Well, yes in some cases, it might not work. So in such cases, try to avoid these types of crowds & gatherings.
