AFLD & NAFLD are two types of liver diseases diagnosed very commonly today. 
AFLD is Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, with a name we can judge, fatty liver caused due to heavy consumption of Alcoholic. But what is NAFLD? Its Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, it is caused due to lifestyle disorder. It is very common and affected around 35% of the people in the world. Non-Alcoholic fatty liver in the initial, reversible stage of liver diseases. Unfortunately, if left undiagnosed or untreated for a long term, it may progress to LIVER CIRRHOSIS (liver damage). And is also linked to an increased risk of other diseases including heart diseases, diabetes and kidney diseases. 

WHAT CAUSES FATTY LIVER?

  • Insulin resistance

  • Increase fiber-rich food in your diet. 
  • Include healthy fats in your diet, like Nuts. 
  • Increase good fats in your diet.
